This marks JSL’s first appearance on the prestigious list, which honors privately held companies demonstrating exceptional three-year revenue growth and sustained performance.

Companies on the list were required to meet a rigorous set of qualifications, including being locally headquartered, privately owned, and achieving at least $10 million in 2024 revenue with consistent year-over-year growth. Finalists underwent a detailed review and verification process conducted by sponsor firm Cherry Bekaert Advisory LLC before rankings were finalized.

JSL ranks #146 on Washington Business Journal’s Largest Private Companies

ASHBURN, VA – June 24, 2025 – Jazz Solutions, Inc. (JSL) has been recognized by the Washington Business Journal as one of the largest private companies in the Mid-Atlantic region.

JSL awarded $8.3 million STARS III Task Order for FSA

ASHBURN, VA – July 2, 2024 – Jazz Solutions, Inc. (JSL) has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Department of Education Federal Student Aid (FSA) to provide Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Support Services for the Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG), Electronic File Transfer (EFT), and Federal Tax Information Student Aid Internet Gateway (FTI-SAIG).

This is a five-year task order with a value of more than $8.3 million with all options exercised. The award is against a GSA 8(a) STARS III Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). JSL currently delivers nine prime contracts with FSA, including programs that interact with SAIG, EFT, and FTI-SAIG Systems.
