One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+)

JSL has been awarded the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) contract in the Management & Advisory Domain. This prestigious governmentwide, multi-award IDIQ contract enables JSL to provide federal agencies with high-quality professional services, with a focus on improving the quality, efficiency, and security of government-wide software, network infrastructure, and IT systems.

Federal Student Aid (FSA) Enterprise Middleware Architecture and Services (EMAS)

JSL is one of three vendors that holds an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) to provide Enterprise Middleware Architecture and Services (EMAS) support to FSA. FSA EMAS is a contract vehicle supporting FSA’s Next Gen FSA initiative. This initiative aims to modernize FSA’s technical and operational architecture to improve operational flexibility, enhance cost and operational efficiencies, and generate better outcomes for customers and taxpayers. The EMAS contract ordering period spans from September 2019 – September 2029, with a $100 million maximum aggregate ceiling.
