Founded in 2013, Jazz Solutions, Inc. (JSL) is an economically disadvantaged, woman-owned, SBA certified 8(a) small business serving federal, state, and local governments.

Currently, JSL is leading 20 prime contracts and supporting large systems integrators on another dozen high profile programs. Our IT solutions are delivering meaningful results through technical and management advisory services, system and application development, system integration, identity and access management, cloud services, and more.

Raju brings more than 19 years of IT management experience in establishing and growing small businesses with the focus on delivering IT solutions in the commercial and Federal markets.

Satish Uppalapati

Satish is responsible for JSL’s internal company initiatives, HR policies, process improvements, quality assurance standards, and security compliance & certifications. He has worked as a senior business analyst and contractor for several agencies, including HHS, NIH, and Baltimore City School System.

Mark Cutler

Mark brings more than 30 years of government finance and contractual experience to his role as JSL CFO. Previously, Mark has held senior positions at MissionSide, General Dynamics Information Technology, Vangent, Lockheed, and Rockwell Collins.
