This California Privacy Statement applies solely to California residents and supplements the general Privacy Policy of Jazz Solutions, Inc. (“JSL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Statement is intended to provide transparency regarding how JSL collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

This Statement should be read in conjunction with JSL’s enterprise Privacy Policy, which governs privacy practices across all jurisdictions and regulatory frameworks applicable to JSL as a federal contractor.

This California Privacy Statement applies to personal information collected from the following categories of individuals who are California residents:

JSL does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising.

This section applies specifically to California residents who apply for employment with JSL, whether through our website, an applicant tracking system, a recruiter, or other recruitment channels.

In the course of recruitment and hiring, JSL may collect the following categories of applicant personal information:

  • Identifiers, such as name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and other contact information

JSL does not collect applicant personal information for purposes unrelated to recruitment, employment consideration, security, or compliance obligations.

Applicant personal information is collected and used for legitimate employment-related purposes, including:

  • Evaluating qualifications, skills, and experience for employment opportunities
  • Communicating with applicants regarding application status or next steps

JSL does not disclose applicant personal information for advertising or marketing purposes.

Applicant personal information is retained:

  • For no less than the minimum period required under applicable federal employment and federal contractor regulations, including EEOC and OFCCP recordkeeping requirements
  • For longer periods where necessary to comply with legal, regulatory, contractual, audit, or dispute-resolution obligations

Because JSL is a federal contractor, certain applicant and hiring records must be retained by law. As a result, JSL cannot delete applicant personal information upon request where retention is legally mandated.

California job applicants have the right to:

  • Know what personal information is collected and the purposes for which it is used
  • Request access to their personal information
  • Request correction of inaccurate personal information
  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to applicable legal, regulatory, and contractual retention requirements
  • Not be retaliated against for exercising privacy rights

JSL maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards are consistent with applicable federal security standards and JSL’s obligations as a federal contractor.
