Jazz Solutions, Inc. (JSL) holds a prime contract on the GSA 8(a) STARS III Government-wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) in the main scope area and the emerging technology sub-area. 8(a) STARS III is a multiple-award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract vehicle with a five-year base, one three-year option, and a $50 billion program ceiling. The 8(a) STARS III program is reserved exclusively for qualifying certified 8(a) small business concerns as the prime contractors per Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 16.505.

General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS)

JSL holds a General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) for SINS 54151S, 54151ICAM, and 541611 under socioeconomic categories for small business, woman owned business, economically disadvantaged business, and SBA certified 8(a). JSL has been awarded the U.S. General Services Administration’s (GSA) One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus (OASIS+) contract in the Management & Advisory Domain. This prestigious governmentwide, multi-award IDIQ contract enables JSL to provide federal agencies with high-quality professional services, with a focus on improving the quality, efficiency, and security of government-wide software, network infrastructure, and IT systems. OASIS+ is a Best-in-Class contract vehicle designed to streamline procurement for federal agencies, offering a flexible, domain-based structure with no ceiling on awards and a 10-year ordering period.

Federal Student Aid (FSA) Enterprise Middleware Architecture and Services (EMAS)

JSL is one of three vendors that holds an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Federal Student Aid (FSA) to provide Enterprise Middleware Architecture and Services (EMAS) support to FSA. FSA EMAS is a contract vehicle supporting FSA’s Next Gen FSA initiative. This initiative aims to modernize FSA’s technical and operational architecture to improve operational flexibility, enhance cost and operational efficiencies, and generate better outcomes for customers and taxpayers. The EMAS contract ordering period spans from September 2019 – September 2029, with a $100 million maximum aggregate ceiling.
